We believe access to stable money is a human right. Almost two billion people around the world don't have a safe place to store their money or are excluded from financial services such as payments and credit. Struggles with inflationary currencies prevent families and communities from building basic economic security. To help solve this, we created the Reserve Protocol, a free, permissionless platform on the Ethereum mainnet and Base L2 to build, deploy and govern asset-backed currencies referred to as āRTokens.ā RTokens are always 1:1 asset-backed, allowing for permissionless minting and redeeming on-chain by users without the need for any middlemen. RTokens are over-collateralized and by default governed independently by RSR stakers in a fully decentralized manner. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šYou will be the āgo-toā person for our CEO supporting a range of cross-functional projects and helping him to manage deliverables. šDrive implementation of the CEOās key decisions across the organization, ensuring full alignment and accountability. šDemonstrate a deep understanding of the DeFi landscape, with the ability to provide insights and strategies to drive growth and innovation. šDrive the definition of short and long term strategic priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor who can think beyond Reserve operations and stay on top of competitive landscape as well as DeFi market trends. šBe the human router -- whenever something requires follow-up, we'll need your help to make sure it happens but we'll also need your help to figure out the best way to implement brand-new ideas. šCome up with other creative ways to make the organization more effective, whether by creating new programs, streamlining operations, hiring, managing more effectively or kick-starting and owning a completely new initiative.
