Responsibilities

📍Develop and implement a company-wide strategy aligned with long-term goals. 📍Communicate complex data analysis results through clear data visualization, reports, and presentations with key stakeholders. 📍Create data-driven strategies to drive growth across various funnels, including user acquisition, activation and reactivation. 📍Identify key user behaviors and evaluate the financial impacts of business activities. 📍Conduct research on industry benchmarks, competitor anlaysis, and market dynamics to provide insights for development of long-term business strategies. 📍Operate in an agile work environment, pivoting quickly and navigating ambiguity to drive business results. 📍Manage unplanned and urgent operational tasks as they arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Product, to align strategic objectives and ensure cohesive execution. 📍Lead continuous improvement efforts by developing performance metrics, tracking progress, and optimizing strategic decisions and operations.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 📍At least 3 years in a business strategy or management consulting role, with experience and expertise in data analytics. 📍Proficient in programming or data query languages such as SQL, R, or similar. 📍Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to various stakeholders. 📍High proficiency in English.
