šManage the full lifecycle of client and partner contracts, including drafting, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining records while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements šOversee all operational aspects of deal settlements, ensuring timely, accurate, and seamless execution šWork closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to align contract terms with business objectives šIdentify inefficiencies in business development processes and design solutions to enhance operational performance
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field š2+ years of experience in business operations, contract management, or deal settlement in the finance industry šStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts, settlements, and workflows šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders šUnderstanding of legal and compliance considerations in the finance or quantitative trading space
