Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤOwn business performance metrics including overall volume growth, revenue, and active users across primaries and secondaries activities for your designated chain đź“ŤDevelop thoughtful, innovative, long term product & business strategies rooted in deep market insights to grow revenue and/or users and create competitive differentiation on Magic Eden đź“ŤOffer expertise as an active trader who is always on top of the blockchain ecosystem news & trends đź“ŤSupport GTM campaigns, providing ecosystem perspective to make sure all launches are positioned well, explained clearly, and received well by the community đź“ŤHelp broker win-win partnerships between your assigned ecosystem and internal teams across BD, VIP, and Marketing as a connector to your ecosystem đź“ŤBe accountable to the quality of the marketplace product by constantly testing, escalating bugs, and working closely with product teams to ensure marketplace is best-in-class đź“ŤBe an unflinching source of truth representing what the ecosystem wants from Magic Eden and ways we can continuously improve across product and brand
Qualifications:
đź“Ť7+ years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or product strategy roles in high growth technology startup environments, and a successful track record of closing complex partnership deals đź“ŤDeep market knowledge - offer deep understanding of crypto and NFT traders, market trends, and NFT projects đź“ŤDeep user expertise - be an active user of Magic Eden and other analogous platforms or dApps to offer clear perspective for how our marketplace can continuously improve and innovate đź“ŤBe a self-starter - this person should find ways to drive real business impact and product differentiation for our platform đź“ŤWillingness to learn and collaborate - work seamlessly with stakeholders across product, BD, marketing, and engineering to shape marketplace strategy đź“ŤTeam player mindset - treat everyone with respect and provide input where necessary
