Job Summary
What You'll Do
šConduct regular outbound activities to key web3 prospects and inbound leads using various methods like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. šMeet with key stakeholders to understand our prospective customersā goals & determine if we can help šSchedule and confirm new business discovery meetings after successfully qualifying (BANT methodology) šCollaborate closely with revenue organization to consistently align on and execute prospecting strategy šAssist in creating tailored messaging to leverage in outbound campaigns šCommunicate platform feedback and feature requests to internal Product & Engineering teams šMeet measurable activity targets on a consistent quarterly basis šUtilize CRM and other tooling on a daily basis to ensure leads, opportunities, and meetings are documented šForecast opportunity pipeline accurately on an ongoing regular basis
What You'll Bring
š2+ years of experience prospecting in a sales role, preferably with software, infrastructure, or web3 experience šAbility to demonstrate expansive knowledge and passion for the web3/blockchain šProven experience consistently meeting measurable activity targets šTrack record of effectively prospecting to key senior stakeholders šDesire to learn continuously and help build a fast-growing company šBe open to feedback and willing to provide feedback to colleagues and leadership šAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively working in a fast-paced environment šProficient in using CRM software and collaboration tools like Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.. šAbility and willingness to navigate technical sales cycles and work cross-functionally to deliver complex solutions šExceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
