Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Generate new business opportunities to fuel the BD pipeline by identifying and engaging potential leads through various outreach strategies šŸ“Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends that will inform outreach strategies šŸ“Work closely with DeFi Account Executives to develop and execute on strategic sales campaigns šŸ“Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Allora Labs' offerings šŸ“Participate in meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and how Allora Labs' solutions can meet those needs, initially as a learning opportunity with the potential to lead these meetings in the future šŸ“Collaborate with the sales enablement and operations teams to refine sales messaging, identify new outreach strategies, and streamline the sales process

Qualifications:

šŸ“Energetic and motivated individual with a keen interest in starting a career in the web3 space šŸ“Intermediate knowledge of the web3, AI, blockchain, and defi with a willingness to learn more šŸ“Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization šŸ“Strong work ethic and persistence combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment šŸ“Previous experience in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus, but not required. šŸ“Excellent verbal and written communication skills šŸ“Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, considering the focus on the APAC region
