šBe the owner of the GTM (Go To Market) data and information systems, ensuring alignment with broader company goals šTake ownership of the CRM system, drive actionable process improvements, and empower the business team to achieve success šIdentify and integrate data sources, collaborating with development and product managers to build and maintain a single source of truth for operational data šCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics systems to provide actionable insights that guide business strategy and operational efficiency šAct as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and product teams by providing data-driven recommendations and identifying new business opportunities šMonitor and maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability of insights for decision-making šSupport leadership with ad hoc analysis and project-based initiatives to optimize business performance and operational processes
Requirements
š5+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management š2-3+ years experience with blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi),and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) business models šIn-depth understanding of Hubspotās CRM functionalities, including sales pipeline management, contact and deal creation and reporting šExperience with automation workflows, lead scoring, email tracking and integration with third-party tools within Hubspot šSkilled in creating dashboards and generating reports in Hubspot to analyze sales performance, pipeline health and forecasts šStrong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams šExperience with sales tech stack management
