Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDeal Sourcing: Actively identify and source promising Web3 projects and startups that align with our investment criteria. This includes networking, attending industry events, and staying informed about the latest developments in the Web3 space. šMarket Research: Conduct thorough research to stay updated with trends, emerging technologies, and key players in the Web3 ecosystem. šPartnership Opportunities: Identify potential partnership opportunities with Web3 projects, technology providers, and other stakeholders. šCollaborate with the team to assess the strategic value of these partnerships. šRelationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers, founders, and developers in the Web3 space. Leverage these relationships to gain insights, explore collaboration opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. šEvent Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline events aimed at fostering community engagement within the Web3 ecosystem. šThis includes webinars, conferences, meetups, and networking events. šInitial Evaluation: Conduct initial assessments of projects, B2C and B2B partnership opportunities, and event ideas to determine their fit with our investment and strategic goals. šReporting: Prepare regular reports and summaries of potential investment opportunities, partnership developments, and event outcomes to present to the business team, with a great focus on our core portfolio company.
Qualifications
šBachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field. Background in consulting or marketing preferred, or extensive experience in the Web3 and crypto exchange industry. š2+ years of experience in a marketing or consulting role with Web3 and crypto exchange experience, with a strong track record in relationship management, and event organization. šExceptional networking and relationship-building skills within the Web3 community. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, NFTs, and other Web3 concepts. šExcellent communication and presentation skills. šProven ability to work independently and in a team. šFluency in Mandarin & English is a must, and proficiency in other languages is a plus. šPassion for the Web3 space and a keen eye for spotting innovative projects, partnership opportunities, and event ideas.
