Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šIdentify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, NFT marketplaces, and other stakeholders within the Web3 ecosystem. š Develop relationships with crypto communities, influencers, and investors to promote the company and its products. š Create and implement a comprehensive business development strategy and processes that aligns with the company's goals and growth targets. š Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to launch innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming space. šDrive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects. šConduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on the latest Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. šProvide data-driven insights to the executive team to inform product development and marketing strategies. šRepresent the company at Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to raise brand awareness and connect with potential partners. šCultivate strong relationships with blockchain developers, game publishers, and Web3 investors. šLead negotiations for partnership agreements, including legal, technical, and financial aspects. šManage contractual agreements, ensuring all terms are beneficial for both the company and its partners. šWork closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business development efforts and company objectives. šProvide strategic input during the development of new products and features to ensure they meet market demand. šMaintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term engagement. šAct as the main point of contact for partners and clients, resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
š2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in gaming and Web3 Games industries. š Proven experience in the Web3 or blockchain ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, crypto gaming, etc.). šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, tokenomics, and decentralized platforms. šExperience working with gaming studios, blockchain platforms, or NFT projects is highly desirable. šDemonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth. šFamiliarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.
