Job Summary

What You Will Do

šŸ“Managing, evaluating, and triaging relationships with inbound leads as the first point-of-contact šŸ“Optimizing processes and strategy for lead focus, management, and generation šŸ“Conducting strategic outbound activities, initiating touch points with important prospects šŸ“Sourcing, identifying and proactively pursuing promising opportunities šŸ“Cultivating and developing expertise on Wormhole products šŸ“Working cross-functionally regularly to advance Wormholeā€™s leadership in blockchain interoperability. šŸ“Supporting and driving on complex deal contracts and negotiations

Who You Are

šŸ“You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or similar GTM role with demonstrable track record šŸ“A minimum of 2 years in the web3 industry (preferably at an early stage startup) šŸ“You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbally, and you are familiar with web3 communication > šŸ“You are able to quickly assess, identify and effectively speak to potential partnerā€™s pain points / value drivers and how we can help šŸ“You are action oriented; you are biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities šŸ“You are crypto native, with meaningful understanding of crypto concepts, technical overviews, culture, and industry segments šŸ“You have superb time management skills, and aim to optimize usage of time, both for yourself and for teammates šŸ“You are a strong networker; you build and maintain relationships with key players in the industry
