Job Summary
Your main responsibility will be:
📍Build a growth plan to meet sales targets. 📍Prospect for new business and identifying target opportunities. 📍Collaborate with our management team who will provide you with technical support to deliver results and open new leads. 📍Negotiate and close deals with new customers. 📍Establish, build, and maintain client relationships at all decision levels. 📍Travel to meet with clients or potential clients.
Who you are:
📍Demonstrated success in growing and managing a business or business line, ideally in sale of tech services, SW development projects or consulting. 📍A minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a technology industry close to ours 📍Existing large network of business contacts in the CEE or DACH region 📍Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and vision. 📍Proficiency in verbal and written communication to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and build relationships. 📍Experience in sales and a deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, closing deals, and customer relationship management. 📍Proficiency in negotiating contracts, terms, and agreements to secure favorable outcomes for the company. 📍Very results oriented, data-driven and used to work with KPIs
