Job Summary

What you’ll be doing:

📍 Market Expansion: Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand our presence in European markets. 📍Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including payment solution providers, igaming companies, forex brokers, financial institutions, and enterprises seeking cross-border settlement solutions. 📍Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, industry associations, and technology partners. 📍Product Development: Gather market feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our crypto exchange and cross-border settlement solutions. 📍Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving conversions. 📍Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

📍Experience: Proven track record of at least 4 years (4 years and above) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry, focusing on European markets. 📍Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fintech, payment processing, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and cross-border payment solutions. 📍Network: Established a network of contacts within the European financial services, igaming, and Forex industries, including payment processors, banks, and regulators. 📍Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. 📍Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus. 📍 Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 📍Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work in a rapidly changing industry with evolving regulatory requirements.
