Job Summary

*Responsibilities: *

Help identify potential growth strategies and services for existing and prospective products and partnerships Source, onboard, and develop relations with new protocols, marketplaces, exchanges, and institutions Establish credibility with key cross functional teams to understand their technology needs, build out product pipelines and execute strategies Conduct competitive analyses and continuous research on Pastel’s business topics and market Build and maintain positive working relationships with external partners (e.g., partnerships) for future collaborations Seek additional opportunities to broaden value of investments / partnerships through current partner capabilities and offerings, or through collaborative innovation Drive partnerships with KOLs and influencers Develop new partnerships with protocols, companies, events, and conferences

Qualifications

2-4 years of related experience in Business Development or Sales roles at a previous technology or financial company Minimum of 1 year's BD experience within the crypto industry Possess a strong, proven interest in the crypto and Web3 space Deep desire to grow Pastel Network globally Experience in developing trusted relationships with clients and sourcing opportunities Proven organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, demonstrate clear work processes, and communicate effectively Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions with an ability to operate autonomously, initiate ideas regularly, and execute confidently
