Job Summary

Role Focus

šŸ“Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop and manage a structured lead generation process (inbound and outbound) to identify, qualify, and engage new opportunities. šŸ“Build Strong Relationships: Serve as a trusted adviser to prospective and existing partners, providing support, regular check-ins, and identifying areas for collaboration. šŸ“Proposal & Pitch Development: Support the creation of compelling business cases, proposals, and pitch decks to secure high-value partnerships. šŸ“Support Negotiation and Closing Deals: Gather relevant data and information to inform strategies and help coordinate internally and externally to keep deals on track.
šŸ“CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, partnerships, and deal progress, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights. šŸ“Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams to optimise partner solutions, drive lead-gen, and address challenges efficiently. šŸ“Market & Industry Insights: Stay up to date with key industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to inform BD strategies.

Qualifications

Required: šŸ“2+ years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in Web3 (preferably at a start-up), with a track record of success šŸ“Self starter who will proactively undertake work and pursue opportunities, in line with the teamā€™s objectives šŸ“High integrity representative who understands the importance of delivering exceptional, white-glove service to partners and collaborators šŸ“Time management and analytical skills to evaluate priorities, ensure efficient resource allocation and delivery of numerous multiple workstreams within a dynamic, fast-paced environment šŸ“Excellent communication (verbally and written) and relationship-building skills to manage external and internal stakeholders šŸ“Comfortable networking across a range of communication channels and ability to tailor networking style dependant on platform šŸ“Crypto native: hands on experience onchain and strong understanding of concepts, products, and culture. šŸ“High conviction on the need for privacy onchain
