šDevelop and execute a comprehensive BD strategy to onboard new crypto exchange partners and Projects šNegotiate favorable terms and conditions with exchanges and other counterparties to maximize profitability šStructure market making strategies, trade execution workflows, and risk management processes šWork closely with the trading, technology, and operations teams to implement and optimize market making solutions šAnalyze market data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance šStay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto market making space šRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings šCollaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning
Requirements
š3+ years of experience in a similar BD and structuring role, preferably in the crypto and financial services industry šStrong understanding of crypto market structure, trading, and market making concepts šProven track record of building and maintaining relationships with crypto exchanges, liquidity providers, and other market participants šExcellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills šProficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving šFamiliarity with trading and market making technologies, infrastructure, and best practices šStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities šEffective communication and presentation skills šPassion for the crypto and fintech industry šBachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field
