šIdentify and Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: šLeverage existing networks and establish new connections within the fintech and banking infrastructure sector in Nigeria. šIdentify and prioritize potential partners to enhance our payment ecosystem. šBusiness Development: šDevelop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue through partnerships. šNegotiate and close deals with key players in the industry to expand our reach and influence. šMarket Analysis: šStay abreast of market trends, competition, and regulatory developments in the fintech and banking sector, especially in Nigeria. šProvide insights and recommendations to shape our business strategies. šRelationship Management: šFoster strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success. šAct as the main point of contact for partner inquiries and concerns. šCollaborative Cross-Functional Work: šWork closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to align partnership activities with company goals. šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner solutions. šMetrics and Reporting: šEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships. šProvide regular reports and updates on partnership activities to senior management.
