Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
📍Identify and target prospective clients and partners through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events 📍Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel, with the goal of onboarding new projects to the BNB Chain ecosystem 📍Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 and blockchain industries 📍Assist in the growth and success of projects within the BNB Chain ecosystem (e.g. advising on product, GTM, strategy, etc) 📍Collaborate with internal teams to solve strategic challenges through special projects and quickly respond to new business needs 📍Provide ongoing support to ensure ecosystem partners’ success and expansion 📍Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the Web3 space 📍Collaborate with the business strategy team to develop go-to-market plans and execution of new business opportunities
Job Requirements:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or a related field 📍1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, venture investment, strategy, or Web3 product development 📍Experience in Russian and/or Sub-Saharan African markets (e.g. language skills, prior work experience, etc) will be advantageous 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 📍Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships 📍Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team 📍Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
