Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy for penetrating traditional sports markets (Football, Basketball, Rugby, F1, etc.) šLeverage existing relationships with clubs, leagues, and sports marketing agencies to secure high-profile partnerships šCollaborate with product teams to ensure platform features meet the unique needs of traditional sports fans šRepresent XBorg at major sports industry conferences, summits, and club meetings to educate traditional sports stakeholders on digital engagement opportunities
Required Skills and Experience
š5+ years of experience working within professional sports organizations, leagues, or sports marketing agencies šDirect relationships with decision-makers at clubs and leagues in Football, Basketball, Rugby, Formula 1, or other major sports šProven track record of closing commercial partnerships, sponsorship deals, or technology implementations with sports organizations šDeep understanding of sports business models, fan behavior, and the commercial landscape of professional sports šExperience with digital transformation projects in traditional sports settings šAbility to translate innovative technology solutions into language that resonates with traditional sports executives šStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills šInternational experience and relationships preferred, given global nature of major sports šFamiliarity with fan engagement technologies and web3 is a plus
