Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šBe an outstanding collaborator with colleagues in sales, product, engineering, finance/accounting, operations, corporate development, equity, and other areas šDraft and negotiate agreements with strategic customers, blockchain protocols, partners, and software providers šDevelop and update agreements, website terms, and policies, and other scalable processes to help our teams to move faster šCounsel our product and engineering teams on new product launches and help translate regulations including sanctions, securities law, money transmission laws šCoordinate with our marketing team to review and develop scalable guidelines on promotional materials and contests
What We're Looking For:
š8+ years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of BigLaw experience and in-house experience at a high-growth tech company šStrong track record of cross-functional partnership across teams (BD, Finance, Product, Engineering) to align on creative solutions šPassion for crypto, blockchain technologies, DeFi, DAOs, and/or NFTs
