Job Summary
Required Qualifications
đź“ŤJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school; licensed to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. đź“Ť5+ years of combined experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department, with at least 2 years of experience in legislative or government relations roles. đź“ŤDemonstrated knowledge of federal and state legislative processes and regulatory frameworks affecting fintech or cryptocurrency.
Preferred Qualifications
đź“ŤExperience working with or within government regulatory bodies or legislative offices. đź“ŤFamiliarity with financial services regulations including BSA/AML, consumer protection, and money transmission. đź“ŤPrior experience in a high-growth or startup environment. đź“ŤCAMS or other compliance certifications a plus.
