Responsibilties
đź“ŤDraft, review, and negotiate digital asset loan agreements, including with traditional financial institutions and other digital asset organisations đź“ŤDraft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts in the general digital asset space, including anything from fiat ramps to marketing agreements đź“ŤSupport day-to-day commercial contracting, including service agreements and customer/supply side documents đź“ŤWork closely and in harmony with product, operations, admin and risk teams to enable existing and new business initiatives across MENA and globally đź“ŤMonitor, interpret and provide updates on developments in the digital asset space in MENA đź“ŤHelp uplift and train our junior lawyers
Requirements
đź“Ť3-6 years PQE, with direct experience in loan/finance transactions gained from a global law firm or well-regarded in-house organisation đź“ŤStrong understanding and experience with drafting and analysing commercial contracts đź“ŤFamiliarity with MENA legal frameworks, particularly in UAE and Bahrain
