Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šResponsible for data processing and general accounting duties šPrepare financial & analytic reports, including crypto-currencies movement and reconciliation šAssist in handling company secretarial and clerical duties, including maintaining and updating statutory records, filing of statutory returns and KYC šCoordinate with external auditors during year-end audit process to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards šAssist in managing investment portfolios šHandle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
šDegree holder major in Accounting, Finance, or business related disciplines š3-5 Years accounting experience šWilling to take on tedious tasks šProficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) šGood knowledge on Microsoft Dynamic, Excel macros and pivot table would be an advantage šGood team player, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to work independently šProven experience in independently handling full set of accounts and ability to effectively coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes; šGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese; šaInterested in high technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence) šCandidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant
