As a Cognyter you will:

📍Take part in the annual and quarterly global consolidation process for a US listed company, including day to day management of consolidated books and journals in Oracle and reviewing international reporting packs. 📍Manage relationships with regional controllers and coordinate the flow of information between accounting, tax, business finance, and other areas of the business to ensure reporting deadlines are met. 📍Take part in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures for SEC reporting purposes, including communication with auditors. 📍Be a technical accounting expert on various corporate activities as well as coordinate with external auditors to ensure their concurrence with our accounting and reporting approaches. 📍Take part in Revenue Recognition processes. 📍Contribute towards additional corporate accounting tasks (e.g., Business Combinations, Share-Based Compensation, Goodwill & Intangibles)

Requirements

For that mission, you’ll need: 📍3+ years of experience in a similar position or in the professional services sector. 📍Partially qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with demonstrable technical financial accounting skills. 📍Knowledge of accounting standards IFRS (US GAAP knowledge will be an advantage) 📍Experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms will be considered an advantage. 📍Experience in working with ERP systems (Oracle would be considered an advantage). 📍Fluent English- speaking, reading, and writing are a must.
