Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍Meet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department 📍Process and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies 📍Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment 📍Respond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner 📍Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies 📍Provide support to the department by processing expense reports, maintaining Excel reports, importing, and exporting databases and files 📍Payment coordination on a weekly basis 📍Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
📍Bachelor’s degree 📍1+ years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience (internship experience qualifies)
