Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
š Market Research: Regularly update and manage the investment database to ensure accurate and current information. šAsset Management: Support the implementation of business plans, including activities related to leasing, refurbishment, property enhancement, and asset disposition. šAcquisition: Assess and act on new real estate investment opportunities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. šFinancial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses for new investment opportunities and existing assets within the portfolio. šFund Reporting: Prepare comprehensive investment committee memorandums, closing reports, quarterly fund reports, and minutes for investment committee meetings.
Qualifications:
š Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field. š1-2 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. šExperience in fund management or fund reporting is advantageous. šGenuine interest in real estate investments. šProficiency in Excel is essential; familiarity with waterfall distribution analysis is a plus. šExceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. šAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. šStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present quantitative and qualitative data effectively. šConfidence in explaining complex analytical and statistical concepts. šSkill in developing client relationships with a friendly and approachable demeanor. šSelf-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. šFlexibility and strategic thinking to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities. šProven problem-solving abilities with stro
