Job Summary
How You'll Make An Impact
📍Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, record entries and reconcile books of accounts 📍Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs 📍Handle accounts payable for separate entities, departments, and vendors 📍Analyze workflow processes 📍Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors 📍Ensure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures 📍Process due invoices for payments 📍Compare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
What Sets You Apart
📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5 years relevant experience in accounting and accounts payable 📍Experience with or knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus 📍Experience with spreadsheets and data entry 📍Ability to navigate systems, download and interpret reports 📍High comfort with communication and mathematical calculations 📍Strong attention to detail 📍US Based, east coast is ideal but not required
