Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDevelop and execute strategies to enter new payment market opportunities. šBuild relationships with blockchain ecosystems, including L1s, L2s, and DeFi protocols. šPartner with self-hosted wallet providers and hosted wallet API services. šDefine and refine pricing and packaging strategies for payment-focused products. šEstablish strategic partnerships with key infrastructure providers. šDrive marketplace participation through go-to-market initiatives. šFoster trust, engagement, and collaboration among ecosystem participants. šDesign and implement marketplace incentives that drive adoption and create network effects. šPartner with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions aligned with payment market needs. šValidate market opportunities through hands-on execution during the first 6 months. šBuild a business case to scale team growth and accelerate product development.
Must Haves
š10+ years of experience in payments, financial services, or crypto/blockchain industries. š4+ years in product strategy, ideally within a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or a similar payment platform. šFamiliarity with blockchain ecosystems, including L1s, L2s, DeFi protocols, and wallet services. šProven ability to build and scale payment networks or platforms. šStrong product sense and the ability to translate market needs into actionable strategies. šA track record of developing and executing strategic partnerships. šExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. šExperience working with traditional financial institutions and crypto/blockchain companies. šBased in Europe or the US East Coast.
