Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Strategy and execution: Improve the strategy of TON Square and execute. 📍Operational management and support: Create a schedule, handle program operations, communicate with Head of Operations, and execute all the program-related activities timely and effectively. 📍Community building: be active on the participants chats, communicate the program updates, support the participants with all their questions, coordinate TON Regions. 📍Marketing and promotion: Work out a marketing strategy for the TON Breakfasts, TON Square meetups, and TON regions. 📍Analytics and reporting: analyzing performance, data, and reporting to the Head of Department. 📍Public speaking: being a public person within the program, running opening and closing ceremonies, workshops, etc.
Qualifications
📍KOL connections, network of TON founders and projects. 📍Experience organizing crypto events. 📍Operational background. 📍English C1. 📍Proven understanding of crypto, web3, and TON. 📍Experience executing end-to-end highload projects
