Job Summary
What you will do
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy to increase organic traffic and drive conversions. šManage the blog, which includes improving existing content, collaborating with content creators, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. šMonitor and report on key SEO metrics, such as rankings, traffic, and conversions. šPartner with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations and site enhancements to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates. šCollaborate with marketing channel owners to understand their goals and tailor landing pages to meet their specific needs. šImplement A/B tests and analyze performance data to optimize landing page conversion rates.
What we look for
š2-5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO strategy and execution. šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field. šProven experience Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including website architecture, HTML, and structured data. šProficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, FullStory, SEMrush, or ahrefs. šExperience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Dato) and website optimization tools. šExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. šStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. šCreative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions. šExperience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage), A/B testing tools, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
