Responsibilities
đź“ŤSet-up, sustain and manage the Latin America P2P business, P2P local operations, product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
đź“ŤCollect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors' insights to optimize our service offering
đź“ŤExplore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand P2P awareness in LATAM market
đź“ŤExploring more P2P related partnership
đź“ŤDesign and implement go to market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies
đź“ŤMaintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners
đź“ŤMaintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
Requirements
đź“Ť 6+ years of proven success in a similar role within BD or Business Growth role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank LATAM đź“ŤDeep understanding of local communities and crypto space in LATAM đź“ŤBilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
