Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Be the first point of contact for employee questions, providing operational and HR support as you address both in-person and email queries 📍Manage the administration of APAC benefits including medical insurance, leave days etc. 📍Support with the administration of the HR system to keep employee records up to date 📍Responsible for the administrative requirements for onboarding new joiners and supporting current employees, including the drafting of contracts (new hires / transfers), letters, preparation of employer statements etc. 📍Support on relocation matters for internal transfers 📍Support on visa processing 📍Maintains a positive work environment by championing employee engagement. Partner with 📍Office Management to run these events from time to time. 📍Manage the yearly engagement survey process and work with global stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience 📍Support on ad hoc HR projects from time to time 📍Support and help coordinate Recruitment activities in the region
What You Need to Succeed
📍A degree holder with 2+ years of relevant HR experience 📍Affinity for systems with strong working experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 📍Strong communicator able to work with a strong sense of confidentiality 📍Multitasker with strong time management skills Innovative thinker striving for continuous improvement
