Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate transactions and liquidity 📍Develop and implement market maker business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth goals 📍Analyze market trends and competitors and provide liquidity strategy recommendations to the company 📍Coordinate internal teams including traders, risk management and technical teams to ensure smooth trading flow 📍Participate in product development and improvement to meet customer needs and improve market competitiveness
Requirements
📍Have a bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics or related fields, and have excellent English communication skills 📍Have experience in market making or trading, better to have solid clients relationships, and be familiar with financial markets and trading processes 📍Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with a variety of stakeholders 📍Have the ability to analyze and solve problems, and be able to make decisions quickly and cope with pressure 📍Applicants with in-depth knowledge of digital currency, securities or derivatives markets will be given priority 📍Have good teamwork spirit and self-motivation ability
