Job Summary
Tasks
šManage the entire sales cycle from initial pitch to closing deals, with a focus on high-volume sales. šUtilize existing client relationships to identify and generate new business opportunities through CPA marketing campaigns. šCollaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored marketing solutions. šEngage with clients via Telegram and video calls, maintaining and managing a robust sales pipeline. šBuild and maintain strong relationships with founders and C-level executives across Web3 companies. šMonitor client satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to ensure client retention. šContinuously update knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 narratives.
Requirements
šMinimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in business development and account management. šDeep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem. šExperience with SaaS, email marketing, or marketing tech sales is highly advantageous. šExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. šProfessional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. šEntrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. šStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills. šHigh attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective time management. šAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure. šHigh self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
