Job Summary
Tasks
📍Manage the entire sales cycle from initial pitch to closing deals, with a focus on high-volume sales. 📍Utilize existing client relationships to identify and generate new business opportunities through CPA marketing campaigns. 📍Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored marketing solutions. 📍Engage with clients via Telegram and video calls, maintaining and managing a robust sales pipeline. 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with founders and C-level executives across Web3 companies. 📍Monitor client satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns to ensure client retention. 📍Continuously update knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 narratives.
Requirements
📍Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in business development and account management. 📍Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystem. 📍Experience with SaaS, email marketing, or marketing tech sales is highly advantageous. 📍Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. 📍Professional fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 📍Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. 📍High attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective time management. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure. 📍High self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
