Job Summary
Aethir aims to serve enterprise AI clients who need the world's most powerful AI chips at scale and also to support hundreds of thousands of cloud gaming players with best-in-class experiences around the world. All of this is accomplished with a decentralized architecture, bringing the GPU cloud to the community and making computing accessible for all.
šDevelop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 ecosystem growth within the AI space, focusing on decentralized cloud compute infrastructure šIdentify and engage with potential partners, including AI companies, blockchain projects, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem šBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact šManage and optimize multiple business development channels to activate and maintain partnerships šCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical) to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts šUtilize CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track the progress of partnership initiatives šStay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic decisions šRepresent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities, including participating in speaking panels and workshops
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred šWeb3 AI guru: Always on top of all the developments happening in the Web3 AI space š2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar strategic role within Web3 AI companies šProven experience in forming strategic alliances with AI companies and other Web3 projects šExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills šProficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) is required šAbility to travel at short notice to represent the company at various industry events and conferences
