Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDeveloping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate market adoption of our cryptocurrency payments platform across key verticals šBuilding and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on complex, technical sales cycles- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems šCollaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align our technical roadmap with market demands and customer needs šCreating and implementing sales processes that effectively support API-driven integration sales šProviding regular forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue projections to executive leadership šRepresenting the company at industry events and maintaining thought leadership in the cryptocurrency payments space
Required Qualifications
š10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software/API sales teams šProven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations šExtensive network and established relationships within the cryptocurrency and fintech industries šDeep understanding of cryptocurrency payment systems, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environment šExperience selling technical integration solutions and API products to enterprise clients šStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex integration requirements šBachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
