Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

šŸ“Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate market adoption of our cryptocurrency payments platform across key verticals šŸ“Building and leading a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on complex, technical sales cycles- Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystems šŸ“Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align our technical roadmap with market demands and customer needs šŸ“Creating and implementing sales processes that effectively support API-driven integration sales šŸ“Providing regular forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue projections to executive leadership šŸ“Representing the company at industry events and maintaining thought leadership in the cryptocurrency payments space

Required Qualifications

šŸ“10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading enterprise software/API sales teams šŸ“Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations šŸ“Extensive network and established relationships within the cryptocurrency and fintech industries šŸ“Deep understanding of cryptocurrency payment systems, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environment šŸ“Experience selling technical integration solutions and API products to enterprise clients šŸ“Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex integration requirements šŸ“Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
