Job Summary
Your mission will be:
šOTC Trading Operations: šPre-trade checks on adequate wallet balances / post-trade settlement facility šManaging the trade confirmation process for Money Market Instruments, customer OTC trades and corporate OTC trades šEnsuring that Money Market and OTC trades are settled šManaging late settlements and trade defaults šManaging post-trade settlement during settlement windows, including drawing down on treasury working capital where required due to offset settlements šMonitoring and actions based on customer margin ratios: šCollateral calls šTriggering deleveraging trades šTriggering position close-outs šAction and follow up on the following šReporting and escalation šDaily reporting on collateral actions, confirmations and settlements šEscalation of any incidents to the Head of Treasury Risk and Trading
A little about you:
š3-5 years of work experience within a financial markets trading environment in either a trade operations or collateral management role (both would be beneficial) š2+ years of work experience in a post trade settlement environment (FX or Crypto) šBachelorās in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline. šAn advanced degree or professional qualification (CFA, CAIA, MBA) in a related field is beneficial. šAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment. šCompliance with regulatory standards and a commitment to ethical trading practices. šStrong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and documentation. šExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team player. šFriendly, transparent, articulate and driven to succeed. šA passion for crypto.
