Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with product managers, developers, sales, marketing and otherstakeholders to understand the features, functionality, and requirements of our products and offerings. šResearch, write, edit, and format technical documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand. šUse various tools and platforms to create and publish documentation in different formats and media, such as HTML, PDF, Wiki, Excel and Online help, etc. šFollow the documentation standards and best practices for style, tone, structure, and format. šReview and update existing documentation to ensure it is up to date, consistent, and aligned with the product and service changes. šGather and incorporate feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to improve the quality and usability of the documentation. šManage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in technical writing, communication, or related field. šAt least 5 years of experience in technical writing or documentation. šProficient in written and spoken English. šFamiliar with various documentation tools and platforms, such as šMicrosoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, etc. šExperience with various documentation types and formats, such as user guides, manuals, tutorials, FAQs, release notes, etc. šKnowledge of technical writing principles and best practices, such as grammar, style, tone, structure, format, etc. šAbility to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple and clear language. šAttention to detail, accuracy, and quality. šExcellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
