Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, technical requirements, and team goals. šŸ“Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience. šŸ“Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in crypto, and Web3 domains. šŸ“Continuously track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, performance data, and progress updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and the leadership group. šŸ“Serve as a subject matter expert on technical roles, tools, and platforms, guiding hiring managers through interview processes, candidate assessments, and final hiring decisions. šŸ“Post roles in multiple Social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter (X), Crypto Job portals and Telegram groups šŸ“Stay updated on industry trends, crypto developments, and Web3 talent landscapes to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive hiring edge. šŸ“Promote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing and engaging with candidates from underrepresented groups in the tech and crypto spaces.

Requirements

šŸ“+ 2 years of experience hiring in a web3 company (mandatory). Technical understanding of the roles. šŸ“Ideal Time zone from GMT-8 to GMT+3. šŸ“Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsā€”youā€™re professional, approachable, and fun to work with. šŸ“A team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts. šŸ“Impeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail. šŸ“Flexibility to juggle shifting priorities with easeā€”nothing throws you off balance! šŸ“Creativity.A creative, process-driven approach, always looking for more innovative ways to work.
