Job Summary
What does a day in the life as a Technical Project Manager look like?
šPlans and oversees projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within the set budget. šPlans and designates project resources, prepares the budget, monitors progress, and updates stakeholders all throughout the project is managed. šDetermines and defines project scope and objectives. šPrepares budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. šTracks project costs in order to meet budget. šPredicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner. šDevelops and manages detailed projectsā schedule and work plan. šMeasures project performance to identify areas for improvement; šMonitors progress and make adjustments as needed. šProvides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. šManages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. šUtilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
What are the required qualifications for a Technical Project Manager?
šGraduate of Business Administration, Computer Science or any trade equivalent; Master in Project Management (MPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) Certification or Prince 2 Certification is a plus. šMinimum 4 years of solid experience in project management in the BPO industry. šProficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications; both Excel and Sheets. š Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. šExceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal. šProficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. šExceptional level of discretion and confidentiality; Firm understanding and application of the lean business approach. šAmenable to work onsite at the Sanctum, Quezon City or at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga (depends on business needs)
