Qualifications:

📍5-20 years in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in the financial services (ideally hedge fund or quant trading) or technology sector. 📍Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools; experience with workflow charting tools 📍Demonstrated experience with Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks; Scrum Master certification is a plus. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences. 📍Work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 📍Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. 📍Ability to discuss technical topics including programming and software engineering principles. 📍A strong understanding of portfolio management and trade execution systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

📍Act as the primary communicator and point of contact for large, cross-functional initiatives, providing regular status updates to senior management, stakeholder groups, and development teams. 📍Proactively identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and key decision points to stakeholders. 📍Oversee Jira configuration, including workflows, dashboards, reporting, and entitlements. 📍Serve as the Scrum Master for relevant teams, facilitating story creation, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 📍Design and implement analytics to extract actionable insights from Jira data, supporting continuous improvement.
