Key Responsibilities

📍Eventually lead a team of Financial Data Analysts and manage reporting initiatives. 📍Utilize SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to provide actionable insights. 📍Partner with executive leadership to influence and set financial strategies. 📍Demonstrate proficiency in accounting, auditing, process management, and financial analysis. 📍Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment. 📍Manage and validate data in SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity. 📍Develop centralized data repositories following new acquisitions, streamlining data management processes. 📍Synthesize data accurately, efficiently, and cohesively, enabling informed decision-making. 📍Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively. 📍Employ database applications like Access and Tableau to visualize data and generate insights. 📍Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial decision-making. 📍Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, presenting complex financial information clearly. 📍Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. 📍Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.

Qualifications

📍Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Technical Finance Data Analyst or similar role. 📍3+ years of experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, R or other relevant tools. 📍Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, and financial modeling. 📍Proficiency in accounting, auditing, process management, and financial analysis. 📍Experience in advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively. 📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or related field or experience in lieu of a degree. 📍Experience leading team project(s) from the ground up. 📍Strong ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving. 📍Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Experience employing database applications like Access and Tableau to visualize data and generate insights is a plus to have. 📍Experience with BI ( business intelligence ) tools to provide actionable insights a plus.
