Job Summary
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
šBuild and manage relationships with local representatives of a national pharmaceutical company šOrganize an agile schedule of events, arranging staff, assets, programming, materials, and other needs on an ongoing basis šLead the planning process for each event, balancing client objectives and budget restrictions to optimize business results šRepresent the client during in-person activations, serving samples, and overseeing consumer engagements šCaptain event staff onsite, training on key talking points and service, directing hours, meal/rest breaks, and third-party laborers šManage a vehicle and associated assets, driving to/from events, leading setup and breakdown, and handling storage and ongoing maintenance šCreate and reconcile program budgets with oversight by Associate Account Director šRecord and analyze program results, summarize findings, and recommend program enhancements and/or changes to improve going forward šProactively identify opportunities to improve client business and collaborate with Associate Account Director to develop action plans for success šReports directly to the Associate Account Director

MUST HAVES:
šPrevious experience as a Event Manager or lead Brand Ambassador, spirits industry experience a plus šExperienced in training, scheduling, and managing a team to achieve its goals šAbility to manage third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with multiple parties šEffective verbal and written communication skills šValues responsibility and accountability, always maintaining professionalism and safety šComfortable working in an agile and sometimes ambiguous setting šWillingness to travel šAt least 21 years of age šValid Driverās License with a clean driving record šComfortable driving a full-size pick-up truck and experience managing and pulling a trailer šAble to lift 50lbs šAble to stand, sit, and drive for long periods of time
