What You'll Do:

📍Organize and deliver exceptional training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees of all levels, utilizing various instructional techniques 📍Coordinate virtual training sessions that deliver a powerful learner experience across functions and geographies. 📍Collaborate with various stakeholders (e.g. Business Partner, Team Leaders, SMEs, and Executives) to source insight, develop learning objectives and design bespoke content. 📍Learning Consultation: Drive class enrollments and work with partners to meet all training deadlines 📍Capture and respond to participant feedback, to continually improve content and delivery 📍Learning Technology: Administer your learning programs and events in our Learning Management System and any other virtual learning platforms to include setup, scheduling, tracking and record keeping. 📍Research and stay educated on training and business fundamentals, concepts, and trends. 📍Maintain and build an understanding of the company, products and crypto industry 📍Contribute to org level projects as required
