Job Summary
Here’s what you’ll do:
📍Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations 📍Manage the full recruitment cycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates 📍Foster high-touch relationships using a database of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open 📍Remain active on job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, create and post job descriptions and announcements 📍Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates 📍Screen resumes and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer discussion 📍Maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
To succeed in this role, you need:
📍Bachelor’s degree 📍Three or more years of experience in IT recruitment 📍Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills 📍Experience in building a positive candidate journey 📍Advanced knowledge of database management and internet search methods 📍Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems 📍Proven success in conducting IT interviews using various methods (phone, video, in-person) 📍International recruitment experience 📍Availability to travel when needed
