Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for both front-line and backend role, also for HK and China team, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating and selection. šŸ“Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking event, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates. šŸ“Develop strong sourcing network to build and maintain a talent pipeline. šŸ“Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and values. šŸ“Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs & requirements and provide guidance on recruitment strategies. šŸ“Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization. šŸ“Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent and promote the organization as an employer of choice. šŸ“Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. šŸ“Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive hiring landscape to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements

šŸ“Bachelor's Degree holder of business-related discipline. šŸ“5 - 8 years of working experience in related to Talent Acquisition. šŸ“Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition with a successful track record of recruiting top talent šŸ“Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand šŸ“China market will be an advantage. šŸ“Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment. šŸ“Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities. šŸ“Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset. šŸ“IANG visa holder is welcomed.
