Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍You will be supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition initiatives on building and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.
In this role, you will:
📍Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Initiatives 📍Work closely with the Sr TA by providing qualified leads for recruitment purposes, schedule interviews, database management, and help guardrail the candidate experience/satisfaction throughout the recruitment process 📍Support the Employer Branding Initiatives 📍Reach out and connect to potential third parties for recruitment-related events to help enlarge the talent pool
