Job Summary
Role - What you will be doing
šYou would be supporting the company leadership on key initiatives. This is a highly visible and complex role for hands-on general problem solvers who take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and structures. You will be: šDriving important initiatives to achieve operational goals šBuilding and optimising scalable processes to support the company's growth šOverseeing day-to-day operations of a business unit šLeading and executing key company initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders šLocation: Bengaluru, India / Mumbai, India (in-office role)
Requirements
šMBA (or equivalent) degree from a top-tier university, with STEM or another highly quantitative undergrad degree. šA track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas. šAtleast 5 years of previous experience in top-tier investment banking/PE, strategy consulting, similar roles in fast growing technology company. šNon-linear career with exposure to diverse problem statements and markets. šAbility to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
