Responsibilities

📍Drive operational excellence to support execution of the company goals, including KPI rollout and management and prioritization of key operational projects (Big Rocks) at the company-level 📍Drive discovery of business challenges, distilling quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources into a clear diagnosis and action plan for leadership and senior stakeholders 📍Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize process and system design, focused primarily on go-to-market (GTM) functions 📍Manage and execute initiatives, orchestrating across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, IT and Product & R&D stakeholders, to achieve objectives 📍Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in, alignment & adoption of your initiatives 📍Develop cross-company communications, synthesizing company strategy into simple to consume documentation 📍Partner with leaders to execute ad-hoc strategic analysis
