Responsibilities:

📍Partner with internal teams and develop relationships to ensure positive collaboration 📍Collaborate on continuous process improvement projects for areas of responsibility. 📍Assist with day-to-day, monthly, and year-end operations of the accounting and finance department 📍Prepare financial reporting including ad-hoc internal reports and financial analysis 📍Ensure integrity of accounting records through well prepared journal entries with adequate documentation, thorough analysis and monthly reconciliations 📍Assist in the evaluation and adoption of accounting standard updates, including assisting in documenting conclusions around complex and technical accounting areas. 📍Analyze and help prepare monthly financial packages for review, including detailed variance explanations 📍Maintain the documentation of accounting processes and procedures

What you bring:

📍Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 📍2+ years of accounting-related work experience 📍Knowledge and understanding of GAAP Accounting 📍Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) 📍Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets 📍Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills 📍Ability to set and keep deadlines at a fast pace without losing accuracy 📍Must be able to prioritize, problem solve, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information
