Job Summary
You Will
šPartner closely with product, design, engineering, operations and business leads to evolve your team's vision and roadmap by thoroughly understanding your customers' needs šBuild a world-class team by hiring qualified candidates, coaching engineers, and shaping the team to scale with the needs of the business šLead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across the organization šFoster ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, and urgency in the team šHold your teammatesāand yourselfāto high engineering standards through cultivating pragmatic engineering decision-making, and leveraging your technical expertise to constantly raise the bar
You Have
š8+ years of software development or equivalent experience š2+ years experience growing engineers šA history of healthy collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other engineering managers on developing roadmaps and executing against them šStrong self-motivation to learn and grow šEagerness to share your own ideas, and openness to those of others šBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
